PDQ Inventory Service error

I have been doing manual installs of remote computers and mostly without problems. But I just came across one that I cannot get it to scan. I have uninstall the agent and reinstalled. When looking at the Services I see PDQ Inventory running just fine but the PDQInventory-Scanner-1 service is not. I have an error that says Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified. I am not sure where to go from here.

This is because of RDP session temp folder GPO in Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Temporary folders group policy.:

Enable the setting and you'll be good to go.

EDIT (2019-01-13): A minor adjustment

Newer Operating systems have this GPO under:

Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Temporary Folders
